Race: half neko half spirit

Personality:Kirameki is a hyper, curious, clueless, caring and loud little girl. she loves to hang out with friends and family. She is a very gentle and caring girl that would do anything for her friends and strangers. She gets hyper from anything that's sweet and sugary. Kirameki got the habit of screaming from a movie (which i will tell u later ;D).

Bio/History: when kirameki was 6 her mother and father suddenly disappeared along with her best friend that she always hanged out with and was never seen since she was 6. Her father was spirit and her mother was neko. When kirameki was 7 she was learning how to do magic in the underworld or the above world o.o. There was this one time she set fire on a old mage's hair T_T. Now she is living in the human world by herself to see if her parents are in the human world. She now attends school and learns human subjects. Ok the reason why she loves to scream is because one day she went to a beach and was yelling to see if her best friend can hear her. So she had a idea that if she always yells her best friend can find her.

Powers: she can fly and use magic

Anything else?: Her eyes turn white and neko ears will pop up when she has her guard up and when she is killing someone or using magic. sometimes the ears will pop up when she is hyper or scared.
